  2. “…multi-location trade and business services…” In the global marketplace companies get to save and build on their bottom line by creating connections in many locations. Off-shoring some of these components have a negative impact on the industries in the home country and the off-shore locations as well. Maybe part of the reason for it is to destabilize competing companies.
