By Air: The airport at Dehradun called Jolly Grant Airport is located 20 km from the main city. Dehradun Airport receives flights from all the major Indian Cities via Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi which is the nearest airport to the city of Dehradun. Flights of all the major airlines land at the Dehradun Airport. One can take a taxi or a cab to reach the city from the airport.
